Georgia Woman Arrested in Loretto for Heroin Dealing

Yesterday, Loretto police were called to assist a female motorist just north of the town on Hwy. 43. Upon arrival, they found Cheree June Goff of Georgia passed out in a vehicle driven by Trevor Love of Summertown.

Responders administered an antidote to Goff, who then refused anymore treatment. Upon searching the car, authorities found heroin, meth, cocaine, oxycodone, and marijuana in a bag belonging to Goff. The quantities and paraphernalia involved led officers to arrest her for dealing in the drugs. Love was arrested on a DUI charge. Both were taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
